Hi, my name is Rhoda Irechukwu. I'm a freelance textile, apparel, and graphic designer and also a fashion retailer in women's, Men's ,Kids wear, accessories and general Merchandise. I'm experienced in textile, apparel, and graphic designs with the use of softwares such as Gerber Accumark Computer Aided Design, and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. I am familiar with flat pattern designs and fashion merchandising as well. I design to my customers specifications, working with them from sketches to development of their garments. My customers satisfaction is very important to me.

 

I graduated from the Eastern Michigan University in April 2018, with a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel, Textiles, and Merchandising. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria, obtained in 2002. While in Nigeria, I worked as a branch manager for a company where I was charged with the responsibility of managing the branch's office and marketing the company's products and service. I have a diverse education and work experiences in public relations, management, marketing, healthcare and fashion design.

 

I have a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic perspective to my career and life generally which I consider my biggest strengths. I’m motivated and versatile. I enjoy both working alone and with teams. I'm always open to learning new things.

 

Self-discipline, motivation, and the desire to succeed in all endeavors are my deriving forces. I like to see my imaginations come to life.
